On Saturday, September 28th, we participated in the "Ezu Lake Clean-up Volunteer" event organized by the Kumamoto Prefecture Environmental Conservation Council.
We also sent out a compactor truck to remove invasive aquatic plants, pick up trash, and transport the trash (the car in the back of the photo).
The invasive species of aquatic plants that proliferate in Lake Gotsu grow quickly,
This plant is considered problematic nationwide because of its impact on ecosystems.
Our mission is to protect the abundant water and greenery that Kumamoto boasts for future generations.
We will continue to contribute to environmental conservation activities.
