Daito Shoji never says no
I find it rewarding to be able to learn more and more knowledge that I didn't know before.
I am confident that Daito Shoji can do this by ``walking with companies that value things more than things.''
As a recycling energy creation company, we are doing our best to develop a recycling-oriented society.
Starting from a position with no prior experience, I feel a sense of accomplishment in my work as I hone my knowledge and skills every day.
I'm happy to be at the forefront of this wonderful job of recycling things that would otherwise be thrown away.
I find it rewarding to be able to learn more and more knowledge that I didn't know before.
General Affairs/Human Resources Department Bring-in Section As the point of contact, I handle all aspects of office management, including accepting industrial waste brought in by customers, and creating and managing manifests.
My reason for joining the company was simply that I wanted to do administrative work, and I initially joined the company as a temporary employee.
In order to create the manifesto, I had to remember a lot of things, such as confirming types of industrial waste that I was unfamiliar with and rules for how to write them, so it was difficult, but at the same time, I felt it was rewarding to learn more and more knowledge that I didn't know. . I decided to rejoin the company as a full-time employee because it is a company that cares about working mothers.
Even now, I am still studying every day, and there are times when I worry about various things, but each time, my seniors have kindly taught me many times, and I have been able to properly teach my juniors what they have kindly taught me, creating a workplace where communication is easy. I think I'll go.
Also, many of the customers are really friendly and kind, and it's a fun workplace with lots of laughter.
I am confident that Daito Shoji can do this by ``walking with companies that value things more than things.''
Sales departmentI have always been interested in "resources" and the "environment" and wanted to work in an industry that allows for sustainable activities.
One month after I moved to Kumamoto Prefecture, the Kumamoto Earthquake occurred. During that time, I learned about associations and businesses that handle disaster waste, and when I became interested in the industrial waste treatment industry, I learned about our company.
There are various types of industrial waste, and in our daily activities, we feel that the trend of simply recycling waste is coming to an end, and that we are being asked to change the way things should be.
Private companies are driven by the pursuit of profit, but we would like to work with companies that value things more than things, such as pursuing public interest (social benefits, such as changing straws from plastic to paper). I am confident that Daito Shoji can do that.
The company's slogan is ``We will never say no to the environment, resources, and waste.'' Daito Shoji is a recycled energy creation company. In accordance with our philosophy, we will work every day to help local communities and realize a circular economy.
As a recycling energy creation company, we are doing our best to develop a recycling-oriented society.
Shinko Recycling Center I handle all aspects of the work within the factory, including sorting industrial waste for processing and transporting it to automatic sorting machines using heavy machinery.
When I came to Daito Shoji to bring my work in, I saw the inside of the factory and thought, ``This looks like fun, I want to work here,'' and when I found out there was an opening, I immediately applied. It's as rewarding as I imagined, and I enjoy every day.
As the world becomes more convenient, industrial waste is becoming more diverse.
How can we turn things from a time when they could simply be disposed of properly into resources? The time has come for questions to be asked.
Daito Shoji's mission is to "contribute to the development of a recycling-oriented society as a company that creates recycled energy in order to protect the natural environment." We are doing our best to fulfill this mission.
Starting from a position with no prior experience, I feel a sense of accomplishment in my work as I hone my knowledge and skills every day.
Vehicle and Heavy Equipment Management DepartmentAs a recycling resource collection driver, I mainly go to the sites of general contractors and home builders within the prefecture to collect and transport recyclable materials and industrial waste.
What prompted me to join the company was a vague interest in driver work - I "like driving" - but I had never even driven a truck before and started with no experience whatsoever.
At first, I had no idea what to do, let alone how to drive a truck, and had no knowledge of industrial waste. However, my seniors taught me carefully, and I was able to work on improving my knowledge and skills every day.
In addition, we provide comprehensive support for obtaining qualifications, which allows me to upgrade vehicles and expand the scope of my work, which I can use to improve myself, and I find it rewarding.
We will continue to work hard as professionals in the field of industrial waste.
I'm happy to be at the forefront of this wonderful job of recycling things that would otherwise be thrown away.
Vehicle and Heavy Equipment Management DepartmentI joined Daito Shoji because I was interested in what recycling is.
However, since I didn't know anything about waste, I had questions and concerns such as, "Where should I start learning?" and "How is this waste recycled?", but my seniors were kind enough to teach me, so I felt that it was a very safe and secure working environment.
They also provide training for new employees, using materials and videos as study materials to carefully explain each and every aspect of the job that I didn't understand, which has deepened my understanding and allowed me to learn things that I can use in the workplace.
What I've realized again is that this is a wonderful job that involves recycling, taking things that you previously thought were a waste to throw away and giving them new life in a new form, and I'm happy to be able to enjoy working on the front lines of this job every day.
