In recent years, the number of metal thefts nationwide has increased, with incidents such as copper wire cables being stolen from solar power generation facilities.

To strengthen countermeasures against such metal thefts, the "Act on Countermeasures against Metal Theft" came into effect on June 1, 2026.

This law obligates businesses that purchase specified metal scrap (currently copper) to register, and after registration, they must display a sign with the business name, the name of the Public Safety Commission, and the registration number in a conspicuous location.

In accordance with the law, our company has made the necessary registrations and displays the "Specified Metal Scraps Buyer" sign at all applicable business sites where metal is purchased.
